2、 24/7 response service: Upon receiving a user's application, we will reply to the user within half a working day and provide the final processing opinion within 2 working days. The response time for letters, faxes, and emails shall not exceed 6 hours from the receipt of complaints or inquiries, and the feedback time for problem handling results shall not exceed 2 working days.
