Product Introduction
This series of AC stabilized power supplies is currently the most widely used power product, which has the advantages of small size, light weight, high efficiency, wide applicability, and high reliability. The product comes in various specifications such as single-phase and three-phase, and is used in user devices that require stable power supply, such as computers, copiers, air conditioners, laser cutting machines, CNC machine tools, air conditioners, refrigerators, programmable telephones, medical instruments, audio systems, and lighting circuits. It is an ideal AC stabilized power supply with good performance and price for industrial production, scientific research experiments, and household appliances.
 
working principle
This series of voltage regulators consists of a voltage regulator circuit, a control circuit, and a servo motor. When the input voltage or load changes, the control circuit samples, compares, amplifies, and then controls the servo motor to rotate, causing the position of the voltage regulator brush to change, thereby maintaining the stability of the output voltage.
The low-power stabilizing circuit of this product is an autotransformer (see Figure 1). The autotransformer has two layers of coils, with the inner coil tap providing an output voltage of 110V and the outer coil tap providing an output voltage of 220V. The input voltage is connected to a sliding carbon brush. The output voltage is connected to the control circuit board (see Figure 3) through a sampling transformer. When the output voltage is lower or higher than the specified value (220V), the control circuit causes the servo motor M to drive the carbon brush, and the output voltage is readjusted to the specified value.
This series of single-phase 5KVA and three-phase 15KVA or above voltage regulators are compensation type (see Figure 1). The compensation circuit consists of a contact regulator T2 and a compensation transformer TB. The regulator is connected to the output terminal of the regulator, and the sliding carbon brush voltage U2 is connected to the primary coil of the compensation transformer. The compensation voltage UB is induced to the secondary coil and connected in series with the main circuit. Therefore, the output voltage U2 is equal to the sum of the input voltage U1 and the compensation voltage UB vector.

If the input voltage changes, the output voltage will change accordingly (see Figure 2). By controlling the circuit and servo motor to drive the carbon brush, the compensation voltage can be changed to achieve automatic stability of the output voltage. The servo motor can drive the carbon brush, change the compensation voltage, and achieve automatic stability of the output voltage.
This series of three-phase stabilized power supplies is a combination of three sets of single-phase stabilized power supplies, using a phase separated independent regulation structure, which is stable, reliable, and easy to use. It can effectively eliminate the impact of three-phase imbalance caused by changes in the power grid or load on electrical equipment.
