1、 Basic information of the project
1. The tunnel is 4km in one direction (8km in both directions) and has no municipal power supply. We are now preparing to equip diesel generator sets as construction power sources.
2. The construction electricity consists of 59KW+75KW+45KW+110KW+7.5KW, with a total power of 296.5KW, but usually up to 3 sets of equipment can be used simultaneously. Design construction power supply based on simultaneous use of 230KW load.
2、 Scheme analysis
Calculate current Ij=400A, Pj=230KW with diesel generator set 400KW
Equipped with 185mm2 copper core cross-linked polyethylene cable, the voltage drops by 10% every 400m and 13% every 500m. To meet the sporadic small load power consumption during tunnel construction, a cable transfer box is installed every 100m or so.
3、 The recommended configuration for the construction power system is as follows
1. Purchase 4 sets of 400KW diesel generator sets to supply power to the middle of the tunnel from the entrance and exit directions of the left and right lines, with each set providing power at a distance of 2KM from the set. To avoid exhaust gas poisoning, the diesel generator sets are installed in an open area outside the tunnel.
2. Optional YJV22-1KV-3 × 185+1 × 95 copper core armored power cable distribution.
3. Install a 400KVA intelligent relay power supply every 400m.
4. There is no cable adapter box for 100m
